The Dream Sock™ is designed for routine, in-home monitoring of healthy infants, measuring oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate (PR). It analyzes photoplethysmography data to detect when PR and/or SpO2 levels move outside preset ranges, prompting a notification to the caregiver for further assessment.
These notifications and data are meant to assist caregivers in deciding whether to seek additional medical guidance and are not a replacement for traditional diagnostic or treatment methods.
Utilizing advanced, clinically proven technology, the Dream Sock delivers medical-grade accuracy. The Owlet Dream App pairs with a nearby Base Station to provide live readings directly to your mobile device and notify you immediately if your baby requires attention.
The Dream Sock is intended for use with healthy infants aged 0 to 18 months and weighing 2.5-13.6 kg in a home environment. It is not suitable for infants with chronic cardiovascular or respiratory conditions.
